Design - The obverse of the banknote bears an updated effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s (2005 portrait), Fiji Coat of Arms, Reserve Bank of Fiji’s Governor Savenaca Narube’s signature and novel numbering system. The reverse of the banknote features a multicultural theme with depictions of children of multi ethnic background in the forefront and depiction of a major sporting event at the National Stadium and Mt. Korobasabasaga on Viti Levu as the backdrop.
