Design - The obverse of the banknote bears an updated effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II’s (2005 portrait), Fiji Coat of Arms, Reserve Bank of Fiji’s Governor Savenaca Narube’s signature and novel numbering system. The reverse of the banknote features an economic activity and development theme with depictions of fishing, forestry, sugarcane and mining industries. Mt. Uluinabukelevu in Kadavu is featured in the background.
