Design - The obverse design of the coin features the Coat of Arms of Fiji with the wordings “FIJI 2023”, “ONE DOLLAR”, “1 oz”, “999 FINE SILVER”, “祥狮献瑞” (translation: lion sending best wishes), “大吉大利” (translation: good luck), “财源广进” (translation: abundant wealth) and “心想事成” (translation: may all your wishes come true) whilst the reverse design of the coin features a coloured image of a lion mask which is part of the costume used for lion dance with the wordings “万事如意” (to have all one’s wishes).
